Durable and Irrevocable Power of Attorney

entire piece of land No. …………, Basin No. ………..,
which is called …………… from . lands, do hereby
legally acknowledge that I have sold the piece of land
mentioned above, a final sale, to the purchaser
……………….. from …………….. and holder of ID
No. ……………., in return for the sufficient price and
agreed upon between us, which I received it from the
hand of the purchaser in cash and I do not have any
other right from this piece of land mentioned above, and
according to my wish and to keep the purchaser’s rights
and in execution of this purpose, I do hereby appoint
and constitute the advocate …………………… holder
of ID No. …………….., to represent me and to act on
my behalf in the sale, admission, and conveyance the
entire piece of land mentioned above, therefore, I
authorize him to sign on my behalf all the documents,
certificates, and contracts before any competent
authorities including the departments of Tabbo, land
registry and settlement, the Survey, and all competent
courts of all grades and kinds, the custodian of the
Absentees, property tax, municipalities and local
councils, and the arrangement department, to represent
me before all courts of all grades and specialization and
to the last grade of litigations. I authorized my said
attorney the right to receive money and to sign all
documents of sale, convey, admission, and registry, and
in general, I authorized him to make all necessary
procedures to keep the purchaser’s rights in the piece of
land mentioned above. I authorize my said attorney to
delegate lawyer and others and to dismiss the many
times and to appoint others in their stead for all what
was mentioned above. Since this power of attorney is an
Irrevocable power of attorney and the rights of others
depend on it especially the right of the purchaser
mentioned above, it is considered irrevocable and con
not be changed or exchanged totally or partially, and my
attorney or his heirs or any other person have not the
right to refute the content of this power of attorney or to
dismiss the attorney mentioned above until the
execution of its content and until this piece of land
mentioned and described above being registered by the
purchaser’s name in the official location and I do hereby
request to ratify this power of attorney according to the
rules.
