Abstract
The result of the analysis shows that by using α =5%, will get the result as the
following The similarity of regression : Y=1,313+ 0,323 X1 + 0,232 X2 + 0,196 X3 -
0,085 X4 + 0,342 X5 + e (where X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 are the variable of leadership,
discipline, motivation, supervision, and invironment of work). The result shows that the
variable of work invironment is the dominance towards the spirit of work. There fore, the
invironment of work needs more attention, in order to promot the spirit of work of
Bappeda Wonogiri regency staffs.
From the Ftest wil ge Fcount, 75,239 ttable > F ttable = 2,396, which has significant
influence level a 0,000, that means leadership, discipline, motivation, supervision and
work invironment, collectively have significant influence towards the spirit of work of
Bappeda Wonogiri regency staffs.
From the R2 tes will get the number of adjusted R square 0,875. Tgis means
87,5% of Bappeda Wonogiri regency saffs spirit of work can be explained by the variables
leadership, discipline, motivation, supervision and work invironment. While the rest
12,5% is explained or influenced by other factors. For example: facors of culture
organization, communication, education and training, and education level.
