Our homeroom is in great need of paper towels, facial tissues, cleaning wipes, and hand sanitizer. We
appreciate any donation of these items.

What we will be doing this week:

● ELA:
○ Entry Work (mainly vocabulary)
○ We will start our novel, A Long Walk to Water
■ Our focus will be on annotating and class discussions about the book
■ We will be gaining background knowledge in water scarcity and Sudan
■ Students will determine the importance of water in their lives and how essential it
is to have access to clean water
■ Culture and Identity
