Opening
The regular meeting of the Datu Davao Elementary School Teachers’ Cooperative
was called to order at 8:00 AM on November 15, 2020 in The Dagat Ni Baste Beach
Resort Function Hall, Pantukan, Davao de Oro by Johny Hernandez.

Approval of Agenda

The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.

Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.

Business from the Previous Meeting

Budget Committee Report:

The budget for 2021 has been finalized, and was distributed at this meeting by
Rutchemie Rosales, who lead the committee. She ran through an itemized list of the
line items, with board members asking questions periodically. The main change from
2019’s budget was an increased marketing spend. The motion to accept the revised
budget was seconded and passed.

New Business
Marketing Plan for Business Expansion:
Deferred for next meeting as Mariz Madig was not in attendance.
Additions to the Agenda
Alma Cuestas made a motion that a honey sale at the local farmers’ market be
discussed. Marianne Luis dismissed the motion, and proposed adding it to the next
month’s meeting instead. Kimberly Asparo seconded that the motion, and it was
added to the agenda for the next meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 10:30 AM by Johny Hernandez. The next general meeting
