Desired Qualities of MEM Graduate

Studying under MEM program has helped me develop
qualities that are relevant for future leaders. I believe that for
us to be effective and efficient in our chosen field, we should
process integrity, passion and dedication to service. As for
integrity, it means being a good example in the workplace and
in our community. A very good reputation is something that we
safeguard at all times. In order to obtain a good reputation, we
have to set an example of someone who has both passion
and dedication to service. Another qualities that MEM
graduate should posses has something to do with leadership
abilities. Since we will be future leaders. We are supposed to
be a good at making decisions, have sense of accountability
and rational in dealing with problems in the workplace.
