problems involving sides and angles of a polygon

D. Specific Objectives
At the end of the 60-minute period,the learners are expected to:
• represents point, line and plane using concrete and pictorial models.
• compare the three undefined terms according to its representation, how to name it and its
dimension.
• Illustrate point, line and plane.
II. CONTENT/TOPIC - UNDEFINED TERMS IN GEOMETRY
Presentation:
Topic: UNDEFINED TERMS IN GEOMETRY

DANCING ACTIVITY: “MOVE YOUR BODY” (Using of children’s parts of the bodies/dancing activity)

1. The students will be divided into 4 groups.


2. Each group will answer what representation of the concrete and pictorial models with labels
that are flashed on the screen but they will answer it through dancing and will use hand
movements.
Remember: Hand movements are very essential for dancing in Physical Education.
3. Each correct answer will be 5 points and 1 point will be deducted if one member of the group
will show a different hand movement.

For the point, students will dance and use the “DISCO HAND MOVEMENT”
For the point, students will dance and use the “DAB HAND MOVEMENT”
For the plane, the students will dance and use the “SQUARE HAND MOVEMENT”
