Introduction
Introduction

• Student satisfaction is a major concern for any educational institute.


However, many a time the students fail to express their concerns
issues or fail to reach out for proper support from the organization.
• Neither is there any system to address the conflicts or issues faced
by the students. This eventually leads to students’ dissatisfaction.
• The students can lodge their complaints through this system which
will be redressed by the institute

Objectives

• To maintain a fair, unbiased, and consistent system for redressal of


various issues faced by the students.
• To ensure strict confidentiality so that students approach the
Grievance Redressal Cell without the fear of any vindictive activity.
• To ascertain that immediate suitable actions are taken by addressing
the faculty or by requesting the management depending upon the
nature of the grievance.

• Receiving Grievances Channels for Grievance Submission: Students


have several channels through which they can submit grievances,
offering flexibility and accessibility. These channels include:-
• Online Portal
• In-Person
• Email
• Documentation:-This documentation includes essential information
such as the nature of the grievance, date of submission, and the
contact information of the student.
• Initial Review
• Formal Investigation (if needed)
• Decision and Resolution
• Records and Reporting
• Continuous Improvement
The existing system lacks transparency and often leads to lengthy
resolution times, causing frustration and mistrust among students.

a secure digital environment, allowing for the efficient gathering of

generate detailed communication to students regarding the
committee’s decision and resolution, including reasons for the
decision and any actions to be taken.
• Comprehensive Analytics: The system will provide comprehensive
analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, track resolution
times, and generate reports for administrative purposes.
