develops the following activity:
In this stage of the course, We seek to propose a technological innovation
through the application of the value proposition canvas, You can find it as
Annex 2, which is a Word file that you can use as a guide, that file contains
the instructions in Spanish about how to make your proposition, that canvas
will lead us to make the best technological proposal, value proposition canvas
should be filled in a similar format with the information you collected from the
company or enterprise selected to work in.
In the value proposition canvas, you must identify some topics about the
product (innovation) and about customer, you should distribute all the topics
using the following chart.
Table 3. Topic selection

1. Name of student 2. Topic to develop

Benefits
Features
Experience
Wants- fears
Needs
In this way, each student must choose a topic to make their contributions in
the Word file of the value proposition canvas. If any of the members does not
participate, the rest of the group must be in charge of completing all the ítems.
At the bottom of the page, there is a box called Product. In this box, you
must indicate the value proposition you are going to work on, this is the most
important part of the project, because it is where you as a group choose your
starting point for the development of the project, don´t miss it.

5
8. Once you complete the slide in the value proposition canvas file, you must
make a group executive meeting, taking into account the following
situation:
Each student must Imagine they are the CEO of the proposed company or
enterprise and you are going to present the results obtained from the value
proposition canvas to the stakeholders in the meeting, then, each student
should expose the value proposition; at the end of the meeting you must
inform which is VALUE PROPOSAL showing the box called Product in the
canvas.

The meeting must be recorded, the students must have the camera turned
on and they can share screen whenever they want. Each student must
introduce themselves at the beginning of their intervention in order to validate
their participation and all the cameras should be turned on during the
meeting. You can use any known tool to make the meeting: skype, Zoom,
Teams, the only condition is that you must record the session.

Save and upload the video in YouTube or any other resource to get a public
link and share it in the Discussion Forum, the meeting must last 4 or 5 minutes
maximum. (In case the video cannot be opened, it cannot be evaluated)

9. All students in the group read and review the activities developed by the other
members, consolidate all evidences in a WIX PAGE that will be fed each stage
of the course, the construction of the WIX PAGE must be a strictly
collaborative work, for this purpose the student who chose to deliver the
document in activity 3, creates the free web page and invites the other
members of the group posting the link in the forum, so that everyone can
contribute to the construction, you can check the following link to learn more
about the WIX PAGE https://support.wix.com/es/article/creando-un-sitio-web-
gratis.
At this stage of the course, The WIX PAGE must contain a main tab with the
number of the group and the names of the students participating in the
activity, and another tab called STAGE 2, which should contain the following:

6
● Introduction and Objectives
• Activities Assignment and Work Responsibilities Chart - one per group
(Activity 3)

● Value proposition canvas Topic selecting chart - one per group (Activity 7)
● Value proposition canvas – one per group (Activity 8)
● Link of the video meeting – one per group (Activity 9)
● Conclusions

When you already have the WIX PAGE, you must present the link of the wix in
a pdf document that you will call VNT_Stage 2_Group number.

Note: It is important to take into account that the value proposal selected in
this stage should be the same that you work in the next stages, and should
be the same for the whole group. Also, the review and grading will be done
on the WIX PAGE during the all stages of the course.
