13 On May 21, standing at the podium at Canterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL Club in Sydney,
14 Albanese gave his victory speech and uttered: “On behalf of the Australian Labor Party,
15 I commit to the Uluru Statement from the Heart in full.”

5 of your property, etc. Owe nothing and be happy! The "treaty" powers are exclusively with
6 the Commonwealth and only with other (foreign) countries. As such it is nonsense to claim
7 that Queensland engages in treaties with Aboriginals. Also, Aboriginal issues are
8 exclusively for the Commonwealth (Federal Parliament and Federal Government) to deal

16 S128 referendum! The real recognition was provided in Ss51(xxvi) as from federation to

19 modest amendment it would upset about the entire system of what the constitution stands

2 Why would pharmaceutical companies want to assist people to get better in health when this
3 means they would lose customers?

7 Now, during the confusion and panic of the last few years, there have been lots of
8 explanations advanced about the supposed disappearance of the flu. The lockdowners and
9 their credentialed institutions often claimed that masked worked (lol) to stop the flu,
10 despite not working for covid. Others claimed that covid had some kind of viral dominance
11 effect that defeated influenza strains.
12 But neither explanation really solves the “where did the flu go” mystery.
13 The evidence seems to point to two main reasons for the flu’s disappearance: the physical
14 disappearance of flu testing kits and a misunderstanding of what the flu actually means.
15 The flu tests were not physically available in healthcare systems
16 The Dossier surveyed several individuals and organizations with access to hospital system
17 records and supply chain management, and we pooled together lots of anecdotal
18 information to paint a greater picture of what happened.
19 We found that, at least in the United States, there was virtually no access to flu testing
20 during the covid hysteria years, particularly from 2020 to 2021. Virtually all testing
21 manufacturers pivoted to covid testing, leaving the influenza kits behind. According to
22 Pharma and Government Health, Covid was a much bigger priority, both from a healthcare
23 perspective and a business perspective, so the flu industry was no longer lucrative and

4 over $100 billion a year at its peak), flu was almost always diagnosed by symptoms, not by

6 majority of cases, what is “the flu” is traditionally understood not as a viral influenza
7 diagnosis but a general diagnosis of countless potential symptoms categorized in a broad
8 category as “flu.” Very few doctor-diagnosed “flu” cases actually come from influenza
9 strains. This is why it is the perfect rationale to understand covid as the flu but with scarier
10 branding. Both flu and covid share the same symptoms, so a potential flu case/illness/death

3 Nazi and former member of the Waffen SS Galizien in Ukraine during the second world
4 war. Yaroslav Hunka served in the 14th SS Volunteer Division “Galicia”, which was

6 with Hitler’s army and collaborated in massacres committed on Ukrainian soil during the
7 Second World War, were not extradited to the Soviet Union but like Hunka were able to

20 2022, Albanese said in Parliament: “Last Friday I met with the chairman of the

23 and our absolute rejection of any Russian military action that violates Ukraine's

27 So who are Stefan Romaniw and the AFUO? Ask other Ukrainians in Australia, such as

11 ACP launches call for Senate inquiry into Canberra think tank funded by US to promote
12 war with China
13 The Australian Citizens Party has launched a video and petition calling for a Senate inquiry
14 into the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) for foreign interference.
15 The ACP’s video charges: “A sinister, well-funded institute is warping Australian public
16 opinion for the benefit of its foreign militaristic masters.”

19 The ACP has combatted ASPI’s disinformation and lies since at least 2014, when ASPI’s
20 then-director Peter Jennings ramped up an information warfare campaign against
21 Australia’s developing relationship with China, our biggest trading partner.
22 Jennings was formerly an advisor to Prime Minister John Howard, who advised Howard to
23 commit Australia to join the illegal invasion of Iraq on a lie; crucially, Howard took that
24 decision not to protect Australia from fictitious weapons of mass destruction, but to
25 support the US alliance.
26 Jennings went on to become the main propagandist for the United States in Australia as
27 Executive Director of ASPI in 2012-22, taking major funding from the US State
28 Department, US Defence Department, and US private defence contractors, supplemented
29 by funding from the British, Dutch, and Japanese governments, to relentlessly attack China
30 on issues small and large—everything from lying that “China hacked the census” in 2016,
31 to accusing China of espionage, foreign interference, cyberattacks, “genocide” and
32 “slavery”.
33 Jennings and ASPI’s intent, on behalf of their US funders, was to poison Australia’s
34 relationship with its largest and most important trading partner, to bring Australia into line
35 with the US-British strategic reorientation away from the Middle East and “war on terror”
36 towards confrontation of China (and Russia); on more than one occasion in 2020, Jennings
37 predicted war with China “within months”.
38 In May 2022, Jennings was succeeded as ASPI Director by Justin Bassi, who, infamous for
39 wearing CIA cuff links to Senate hearings, ensured a continuation of US foreign
40 interference through ASPI.
41 At his explosive National Press Club appearance on 15 March 2023, former Prime Minister
42 Paul Keating accurately called ASPI a “US cell”.
43 The ACP has launched the following petition calling for a Senate inquiry:

51 “non-partisan” Australian defence research centre.

1 ASPI, however, has become an agent of blatant foreign interference in Australia. Although
2 a Commonwealth government corporation, ASPI now receives almost 30 per cent of its
3 funding from the United States and various European governments, and private
4 corporations frequently associated with the so-called “defence industry” which profit
5 financially from geopolitical tensions and wars.
6 The US and UK governments pay ASPI to relentlessly vilify China with exaggerated or
7 outright false claims, including of foreign interference, cyberattacks, espionage,
8 “genocide”, economic infiltration to gain control of strategic infrastructure, military
9 expansionism, and more.
10 ASPI’s analysis hypes China as a “threat” to Australia and the region, to incite Australia
11 into acting contrary to our national interest in having a peaceful and prosperous
12 relationship with China, our biggest trading partner, by joining a US war against China.
13 The conflict ASPI is promoting exposes Australia and its citizens to heightened military
14 risks that are entirely avoidable, which is gross irresponsibility bordering on treasonous.
15 Your petitioners ask that the Senate:
16 Immediately establish an inquiry into ASPI, including:
17  Its funding sources, expenditure, and any conflicts of interests;
18  The credibility of its claims against China; and
19  Foreign interference by ASPI’s sponsors in Australian defence/foreign policy
20 formulation.

23 I understand that the Federal mGovernment has a Department advertising for a yes vote, which
24 means it is using Australians who oppose this Voice referendum tax monies to promote a yeas
25 vote. This I view is plain theft as in my view there is no constitutional power for this kind of
26 funding. Hence, those involved should be held personally liable to refund the cost!

31 the Parliament that is the end of all payments, as I exposed in the past the Framers of the
32 Constitution made clear that once a Member of parliament has left the seat and another person
33 had taken the seat then that is the end of financial benefits for the former parliamentartian. The
34 Framers of the Constitution made it very clear only one person could be paid regarding his/her
