30 with Justice Richard White: “finding the national cabinet was not, as the prime minister
31 had contended, a subcommittee of the federal cabinet.”

33 record of a committee of cabinet” and were, therefore, not covered by the cabinet
34 exemption.

35 For several days, the Ukrainian army has been intensively shelling several towns in Donbass

38 On 4 June 2022, Donetsk was heavily shelled. After the bombardment of the Petrovski
39 district, during which we found ourselves trapped for five hours under the shelling (see
40 the article by my colleague Laurent Brayard), the Ukrainian army shelled the city
41 centre in the evening with Grad multiple rocket launchers. The day’s toll: five civilians
42 dead and 24 injured, including a five-year-old child.

3 On 5 June 2022, Donetsk was shelled again, as well as Gorlovka. As in the previous
4 day’s shelling of the Petrovsky district, the entire arsenal available to the Ukrainian
5 army was used against residential areas in Donbass: 82 mm and 120 mm mortars,
6 122 mm, 152 mm, and 155 mm (NATO standard) artillery and multiple rocket
7 launchers. One civilian was killed and six wounded as a result of the fire.
8 The massive appearance of 155 mm artillery shells (fired by American and then
9 French guns) during these bombardments proves that, contrary to what Kiev’s
10 propaganda tells us (taken up by the Western media), it is not the Russian army but
11 the Ukrainian army that is bombing the residential areas of these Donbass towns.
12 Indeed, the 155 mm is a NATO standard, and there are no weapons of this calibre in
13 the Russian armament. The use of these NATO weapons to bomb residential areas
14 where there are no military targets makes the supplier countries (United States and
15 France) complicit in war crimes, since they supply these weapons to Ukraine knowing
16 full well how the Ukrainian army will use them in the Donbass.
17 On 6 June 2022, the Ukrainian army again intensively shelled the Petrovsky district of
18 Donetsk, targeting the TV relay antenna there. Ukrainian soldiers also shelled the
19 Leninski and Kievski districts of Donetsk, as well as Yassinovataya, Makeyevka,
20 Gorlovka and Volnovakha. Nine civilians were killed and 18 wounded as a result of the
21 shelling.
22 On 7 June, the Ukrainian army particularly shelled the Kievski and Petrovski districts
23 of Donetsk, as well as Krasny Partizan, Makeyevka, Yakolevka, and Gorlovka. One
24 civilian was killed and six injured as a result of the shelling.
25 On 8 June, Donetsk city centre was targeted by the Ukrainian army, which fired six
26 155 mm shells at the area around the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic) government
27 building and Lenin Square. Gorlovka and Makeyevka were also heavily shelled that
28 day. In total, the Ukrainian army’s shelling left one civilian dead and 11 injured,
29 including a six-year-old girl.
30 On 9 June 2022, the Ukrainian military again shelled the Kalininski district of Donetsk
31 (in the east of the city), firing nine 155mm artillery shells, killing one woman and
32 wounding two other civilians. Two civilians were wounded in the firing on two other
33 districts of Donetsk, and three civilians were wounded in the firing on Gorlovka, which
34 is now a daily occurrence. In Verkhnetoretskoye, one civilian died as a result of
35 shelling by the Ukrainian army. At the time of writing, two civilians had died and seven
36 were injured in the DPR.
37 In just five days, 19 civilians have died and 72 have been injured by the Ukrainian
38 army’s terror bombardment of DPR towns.

20 Julian Assange was the first one to be terrorised and now it is spreading to others. Just that the
21 Framers of the Constitution very much relied upon an honest media. This needs to be upheld by
22 the federal government as a legal principle embedded in the constitution and it must ensure that
23 appropriate action is taken to secure the safety and the wellbeing for Mr Julian Assange by
24 providing him with “DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY” so he can be released to return to the
25 Commonwealth of Australia.
