8 We had more than enough interferences with Big Tech as to the covid scam where the Big
9 Tech companies were preventing FACTS to be posted where they were not as to what the lies of
10 the W.H.O., the UN and others were claimed to be the truth.

12 We have a federal government that appears to me obviously grossly incompetent to ensure that
13 the legal principles of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) are
14 appropriately provided for and complied with. We have numerous Australians who became
15 victims and even ended up death because of this grossly incompetence. We now have Facebook
16 interfering with my “POLITICAL LIBERTY” as I will set out below.

7 International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Thomas Bach has criticized Ukraine’s
8 calls to boycott the Paris 2024 Games if Russian athletes are allowed to take part. The role
9 of the Olympics is to unify, not escalate and contribute to confrontation, he said.
10 “It’s not up to governments to decide who can take part in which sports competitions
11 because this would be the end of international sport competitions… as we know it,” Bach
12 told journalists on Sunday.
13 In late January, the IOC said it may allow athletes from Russia and Belarus who do not
14 publicly support Moscow’s military operation in Ukraine to participate in the 2024
15 Summer Olympics under a neutral flag.
16 The announcement angered Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, who called on
17 countries to boycott the Games if this happens. Speaking on Friday, Zelensky said the
18 presence of Russian athletes would be a “manifestation of violence” that “cannot be
19 covered up with some pretended neutrality or a white flag.”
20 In comments cited by France 24, Bach stated that “history will show who is doing more for
21 peace, the ones who try to keep lines open and communicate or the ones who want to
22 isolate and divide.”

6 questionable but merely because it claims to be under Russian control.
7 Essentially Facebook seeks to degrade the article and my comments not because it is not factual
8 but merely because it has an issue with the owners of the link being allegedly under Russian
9 editorial control.

11 As such it by this place my post in question regardless there is absolutely nothing in it that could
12 be deemed under “Russian control”. The mere fact that the link refers to a Russian web address
13 itself cannot mean the story is questionable.

16 operate within the laws of the EU.

19 operate within the confines of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitutional Act 1900 (UK)
20 and any laws enacted within those legal principles or it must seize to operate within the
21 Commonwealth of Australia all together.

30 It seems to me that Facebook disabled the appeal ability and so like it or not one is stuck with it.
31 However, as Australia is a sovereign country then Facebook must either comply with the legal
32 principles embedded in our constitution or pack up and no longer operate with the
33 Commonwealth of Australia. Why indeed do we have an Attorney-General on the payroll if in
34 the end he disregard his duties and obligations and some foreign corporation now dictates what
35 Australians can or cannot do.
36 For the above, I demand that the Commonwealth of Australia hold Facebook legally accountable
37 and demand it stop interfering with the “political liberty” of Australians in violation to the legal
38 principles embedded in our constitution and forthwith remove the label and publicly apologise
39 for placing my post into question. In my view Facebook and other Big Tech companies and the
40 media in general caused more than enough harm regarding the interferences surround the covid
41 scam and this has to stop immediately.
