PREFECTURE WORK PLAN

2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR.

General Objective.

To achieve an effective and fluid coordination between the different departments as well as
teachers and tutors in order to achieve an effective awareness of values among the students, so
that the students can freely practice the guidelines established in the school regulations.

Permanent activities.

The prefecture area will develop support activities for teaching activities, and for the development
of the students of the institution, taking into account that the actions to promote discipline and
order of the students during their stay in the institution should be optimized.

The student will have complete disposition to collaborate with the teachers in front of the group,
implementing the activities that they indicate or, if necessary in absence, implementing activities
according to the subject.

The prefecture area will foresee the needs that may arise to complement the
corresponding activities.

This area will implement actions and resources to comply with the regulations.

Prefecture proposes to work together under the same criteria in coordination with teachers,
counselors, social work, school management, parents' committee, administrative and support
staff; this in order to respect the instances to follow up and solve the situations that arise with the
students, in order not to contradict decisions made by the person in charge of the relevant
solution.

This area will provide each teacher with forms to record the behavior of each student in a timely
manner, and this will generate the report requested by the school's management.

Each teacher will have behavior report forms, which will be recorded and filed in each student's
file.
An individual file will be organized so that the parent or guardian can be informed if necessary.

The prefecture area will implement the filter at the main gate to control the entrance.
The Prefecture shall make available to the personnel the log book at the corresponding office in
order to obtain the necessary signatures and specifications.
