PROJECT PROPOSAL

REFURBISHMENT/ENHANCEMENT OF CLASSROOM FLOORING

SY 2022-202

I. RATIONALE

As one of the preparations during the back to face-to-face

classes, classrooms are diligently prepared at their best to cater pupils
who have been using blended learning for the past two years due to
the pandemic. The school taps for benevolent-hearted stakeholders to
help in the preparation of the classrooms.
Grade 6sections are assigned in the new three-story building
which was just turned over to the school by the Department of Public
Works and Highways. The basic needs for the actual use of these 13
classrooms include window curtains/blinds, armchairs, floor
enhancements and gadgets like TV sets. The flooring in this building is
just roughly finished which is true in all levels.
One of the classrooms, particularly Grade 6 section 1,
proposed that the flooring be enhanced by covering the floor area with
floor system like ceramic tiles. The project has been initially financed
by the Homeroom stakeholders through a specified contribution,
however it is not enough to cover the whole project.
In this connection, a budget of more or less One Hundred Fifty
Thousand pesos (Php150,000.00) is proposed to realize the project.

II. OBJECTIVE

To refurbish/enhance the Grade 6-section 1 of H.N. Cahilsot

Central Elementary School II for the School year 2022-2023

III. TARGET BENEFICIARIES

Direct beneficiaries to this project are the pupils enrolled in

Grade
6 sections 1, their adviser, subject teachers, parents, and all those that
may use the classroom from time to time.

The budget requirements range from Php 120,000.00 to Php

150,000.00

One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php150,000.00) cash/worth of

construction materials for flooring system courtesy of Solidarite Sante Burkina,
France
