II. RATIONALE:
Quirico G. Manzano has a lot area of 10,000.00 square meter, three fourth of
which is used for school buildings, playground and other school facilities. The
geographical location of the school site is situated at the center of the town wherein
almost of the community resides. Set of buildings and amenities are strategically
positioned to ensure learning effectively. The school has a total population of 869 in
Junior High School and 481 learners in Senior high school, a total of 1,350 learners of
whom 678 are male and 672 are female for school year 2021-2022. There are 51
teachers including the school head, both in Junior and Senior High School.
Last school year the school was one of the recipients of covered court given by
the Local Government Unit. However, its flooring was not covered by the project as
stated in the program of works. The covered court need to be functional this School
Year since some of our classrooms had been damaged by typhoon Odette. We need to
 prioritize the rehabilitation of the flooring so that we can use it for the upcoming days in
our distribution and retrieval of modules.

3. Created child friendly school.

The office of the Principal and Assistant Principal shall monitor and supervise the
proper implementation, conduct of the activity and disbursement of funds following
government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
