The meeting regarding the implementation of Juan Kapatid Program

‘TEACHING AT THE RIGHT LEVEL IN LITERACY & NUMERACY” (TARL) which was
sponsored by the Gokongwei Foundation. The meeting was held at the District Office
0n September 18, 2023 at 9am in the morning. This was led by Mrs Ginalyn B. Freo,
PSDS of Bay Calauan Sub Office & attended by the four School heads; Dr. Mylene
Gutierrez of Calauan Central Schol, Mrs Dina Aquino of Masiit E/S, Mrs Corazon
Navarez of Dayap Main & Mrs. Evelyn Blastigue of Lamot Es Main respectively. These
4 schools were only the chosen schools for this project.

The meeting proceeded with an orientation conducted by Mrs. Ginalyn B. Freo,

Public Schools District Supervisor of Calauan reiterating the rationale behind the
project proposal of Juan Kapatid.

Ma’am Freo raised some questions regarding the implementation of the said
program & the feedback received from the parents as well as the learners. She further
gave some reminders on how the project would be helpful to the learners and teachers.

Each of the school heads was asked about their observations and how they
could be of help to the successful implementation. Classroom programs of the
teachers concerned were also asked to submit for further evaluation.

The school heads were also informed that Mam Ana Reblora and Mam Zarina
Llarena will visit the four schools on Sept 19, Tuesday to monitor the said program.
