DEAR PARENTS,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. As we continuously strive to create an optimal learning
environment at Clark Educational Center, Inc., we are writing to inform you of a revised policy regarding
the use of cellphones on school premises.

After careful consideration and in alignment with our commitment to fostering focused and distraction-
free classrooms, we have decided to implement a cellphone prohibition policy for all students during
school hours. This policy aims to create an environment that encourages active engagement in
learning, minimizes distractions, and ensures the safety and well-being of all students.

Beginning October 9, 2023, students will not be allowed to bring cellphones to school. We kindly
request your cooperation in enforcing this policy at home and ensuring that your child does not bring a
cellphone to school. Cellphones brought to school will be confiscated and will be redeemed by the
parents at the end of the week.

We understand that there may be concerns or questions regarding this policy. However, we believe that
by eliminating the presence of cellphones during school hours, we can enhance the learning
experience and create a more focused educational environment.

In cases of emergency or necessary communication, parents and guardians are encouraged to contact
their child’s adviser, and we will facilitate communication with the student accordingly. However,
students with medical concerns and those who are truly in need of cellphones due to fetching purposes
shall be given consideration. Just print & sign the attached letter below and send it to your child’s
adviser for verification and approval.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work together to provide the best possible
learning environment for our students. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to
