The Saputo Promise is commitment to live up to the values on which our business was
founded in 1954. It consists of seven Pillars that form the backbone of company approach to
social, environmental, and economic performance. One of the Top 10 Dairy Processors in the
world and leading positions in Canada, the USA, Australia, Argentina, and the UK. Saputo were
identified by the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) as one of the 2,000 most influential
companies when it comes to the impact on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
through its annual CSR action plan and budget. To further Saputo impact, company have
committed to accelerating the global climate, water, and waste (including packaging)
performance by 2025, which is backed by a three-year investment of CDN$50M along with a
governance framework, championed by our President and COO, Dairy Division (UK), to foster
company-wide ownership and accountability.
The following table underscores Saputo's active commitment to specific SDGs for the
timeline with a focus on 11 out of the 17 highlighted SDGs.
