Crew member worked under my administration for a short period of time and then the ship was with only internal Guests due to the
Covid 19 outbreak situation, nevertheless the employee showed to be hard working and dedicated to his profession.
I would like to thank to thank the employee for his hard work, I agree with the comment made by the 2nd maitre and look forward to
have the employee back on the team.

Mr.Setyawan Agus,as 1st contract he started to work in Crew Mess for 1month.Working with me in the buffet, he did an excellent job
always following supervisor instruction, reponsible with every assigned task and very cooperative with his colleague.he need to
develop his attitude to be more confident when dealing with the guest.
He need to know and adopt the value of Time and Attendance as well as more about knowledge with H.E.S.S and PHS Standard.
During his product knowldege training,he got 42 points (57%) the result shows that he need to learn more about product knowledge
to apply it in daily basis.
