PROCEDURE:
1. Open one jaw by chuck key.

2. Turn the chuck and open the opposite jaw

3. Open all jour jaws approximately more than job diameter

4. Keep the job inside the jaws

5. Make jaws close and hold the job

6. Check the job trueness by knife tool.

7. Tighten all the jaws.

8. Check the trueness of the job by rotating the chuck in neutral position using knife tool.

9. Knife tool should touch the job evenly.

10. Check once again for the true running of the job

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

a) Marking should never be done by damage tool

b) The correct tools and equipment’s should always be used
c) Coolant should be used wile drilling the hole.
