of Brgy. 1, San Lorenzo, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, personally appeared to this station and
reported that she was threatened by Mr. Minal C. Rim, 44 years old, Single and a resident of
Brgy. 24, San Andres, Laoag City that he will expose the infidelity of the Mrs. Karla P. Tango if
she will not give him the money.
PNP elements of this station responded to the place of the incident. Case endorsed to the
investigation section.

In relation to the above references, investigation disclosed that at about 2:00PM, November 4,
2022 in Brgy. 1, San Lorenzo, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Karla Tango y Pascual , years old,
when she was walking in the street she noticed that Mr. Minal was in front of the gate, and said
2022-0001 11-7-22 9:00PM that he will expose the infidelity of Mrs. Tango. The motive of the incident was due to lack of
support for the child. Summon was issued for confrontation of the both parties. investigation-on-
