Hello, we are working on a Vox Populi, as a

correspondent for the bi-monthly Hindu College Gazette.

The subject for the same is
"The Israel-Palestine Conflict: Looking beyond borders.”

Spanning over 6 decades, the Israel-Palestine conflict has

been massively documented in the media for a long time ,
primarily due to the ineffable amounts of violence that was
unleashed and it's consequences. Millions of lives have
been lost, hundreds and thousands have been displaced,
and both countries have encountered indelible losses. With
the counter-attack launched by Hamas in early October of
this year, the conflict has been taken on a new tangent, but
the easy come, easy go attitude towards human lives on
both sides remains the same. Multiple notable personalities
have begun to take a stand, while many have been
criticized for spreading misinformation as well.

Concerned about these recent happenings, we at the

Hindu College Gazette think that it is pertinent to
understand the views of students and others on an issue of
such gravity. A general opinion and statement that takes
cognizance of the current occurings in about 70-90 words
would be highly appreciated. If contributors wish their
submissions to remain anonymous, the Hindu College
Gazette will take full responsibility for the same and ensure
the anonymity of the contributors to the highest degree.

कर रहे हैं। इसका विषय है "इज़रायल-पैलेस्टाइन संघर्ष: सीमाओं से परे

6 दशकों से अधिक समय से चले आ रहे इज़रायल-पैलेस्टाइन संघर्ष को

लंबे समय से मीडिया में बड़े पैमाने पर प्रलेखित किया गया है, जिसका
मुख्य कारण अवर्णनीय मात्रा में हुई हिंसा और उसके परिणाम हैं। लाखों
लोगों की जान चली गई, सैकड़ों और हजारों लोग विस्थापित हो गए और
दोनों देशों को अमिट क्षति का सामना करना पड़ा। इस साल अक्टू बर
की शुरुआत में हमास द्वारा शुरू किए गए जवाबी हमले के साथ, संघर्ष
एक नए आयाम पर पहुंच गया है, लेकिन दोनों पक्षों में मानव जीवन के
प्रति आसान, आ दृ ष्टिकोण है। कई उल्लेखनीय हस्तियों ने अपना रुख
अपनाना शुरू कर दिया है, जबकि गलत सूचना फै लाने के लिए कई
लोगों की आलोचना भी की गई है।

इन हालिया घटनाओं से चिंतित होकर, हिंदू कॉलेज गजट में हम सोचते हैं
कि ऐसे गंभीर मुद्दे पर छात्रों और अन्य लोगों के विचारों को समझना उचित
है। लगभग 70-90 शब्दों में वर्तमान घटनाओं का संज्ञान लेने वाली एक
आम राय और बयान की अत्यधिक सराहना की जाएगी। यदि योगदानकर्ता
चाहते हैं कि उनकी प्रस्तुति गुमनाम रहे, तो हिंदू कॉलेज गजट इसकी पूरी
जिम्मेदारी लेगा और उच्चतम स्तर तक योगदानकर्ताओं की गुमनामी
सुनिश्चित करेगा।
