In some regions, houses of distinct styles even become the must-see places that attract a
lot of visitors.

DISADVANTAGES
Destroy the traditional beauty in some places
VD1: Hoi An Ancient Town with a lot of traditionally styled accommodation. If new houses
are built freely, the town may lose its attraction with tourists
VD2: In some countries like France and Italy where the land and all of the surrounding
houses are fragile and weak, when a new house is erected, its owner has to had the
