WEEK 12 JOURNAL

WEEK 12 – MAY 1 - MAY 5, 2023

Day 1
Narrative about the teaching internship
- The examinations were done and right now I’m urging my students with their missing activities
because Ma’am Escorpiso told me and also to keep updating my demo preparations so that I will
not lag behind.
Reflection for the day – 1 paragraph
- So far, the tables are being turned. It means that the moment of truth, grades are about to be
made once all of the requirements are passed and scored.

Day 2
Narrative about the teaching internship
- I was told by Ma’am Escorpiso, to continue the preparations for my demo with some help from
my buddies because it’s a lot of stress if I will do it alone without supervision. Nothing too fancy
to say today.
Reflection for the day – 1 paragraph
- It brings me memories. Why? It is because I know this process, I saw it when our former student
teacher did the same. That’s very interesting, helpful and I’m over the moon right now
truthfully.

Day 3
Narrative about the teaching internship
- I only finished what’s left for third quarter like reminding their missing activities and submitting
it before all things go south for them.
Reflection for the day – 1 paragraph
- This time I’m focused preparing my demo stuff. If I disturb myself in helping out while doing the
presentation and lesson plan, I’ll end up disoriented, confused, and may run out of ideas along
the way.

Day 4
Narrative about the teaching internship
- It’s obviously online class for all JHS and we’re just doing what needs to be done virtually. They
just had their field also so that’s why they are exhausted but still had to do online classes in
order not to wander off
Reflection for the day – 1 paragraph
- It’s just a plain simple day nothing to be explained completely. Only doing what’s been given to
us every single day. Reminding and checking of attendance and also giving pointers.
Day 5:
Narrative about the teaching internship
- I just performed a dry run with my two sections. Nothing too shabby happened today because
the school gave the students a break after their two-day examinations. So it’s pretty obvious
that majority of them are not around.
Reflection for the day – 1 paragraph
- I only also gave instruction to some of my students who are present in school to complete their
lacking activities because if they only missed one of my many requirements this quarter, then it
is going to be a problem.
