Pursuant to Clause 7.1, General Conditions, we will instruct as follows:
Theo Khoaûn 7.1 – Caùc ñieàu kieän chung, chuùng toâi höôùng daãn nhö sau:

1. Water was poured in concrete mixing truck (register No. 0312-33LD) by driver near Calmette Bridge
(on the way from batching plant to construction site).
Nöôùc ñaõ ñöôïc ñoå vaøo xe troän beâ toâng (bieån soá 0312-33LD) do taøi xeá thöïc hieän gaàn
caàu Calmette (treân ñöôøng töø traïm troän ñeán coâng tröôøng).
 Problem: Cannot check all mixing truck on the way from batching plant to construction site.
From sudden checking of mixing truck (No. 0312-33D) lead to concerning about not make
sure that all remain mixing trucks whether poured water in or not (even for previous panel
have been already casting concrete).
 Vaán ñeà: khoâng theå kieåm tra toaøn boä caùc xe troän beâ toâng treân ñöôøng töø traïm
troän ñeán coâng tröôøng.Töø vieäc kieåm tra ñoät xuaát xe troän naøy (bieån soá 0312-
33LD) ñaõ daãn ñeán moái lo ngaïi veà vieäc khoâng chaéc chaén raèng caùc xe troän coøn
laïi coù ñoå nöôùc vaøo hay khoâng (thaäm chí ñoái vôùi caùc panel tröôùc ñaây beâ toâng
ñaõ ñöôïc ñuùc roài).
 Action at site: check slump for every concrete mixing truck at site before pouring in to
excavation trench. Every concrete mixing truck takes one (1) cylindrical specimen for
compression test (some truck taken 2 or 3 specimens).
 Vieäc caàn thöïc hieän taïi coâng tröôøng: kieåm tra ñoä suït cho töøng xe troän beâ toâng
taïi coâng tröôøng tröôùc khi ñoå vaøo trong möông ñaøo. Moãi xe troän beâ toâng laáy
moät (1) maãu truï ñeå thí nghieäm neùn (vaøi xe laáy 2 hoaëc 3 maãu truï).

2. Some Contractor’s staffs protested against Engineer when concrete slump was not satisfied (first time
slump=14cm, second time=15.5cm) and carried by the mixing truck having No. register 0312-33LD
that have already rejected by Engineer as above reason.
Vaøi nhaân vieân cuûa Nhaø thaàu ñaõ phaûn ñoái laïi Tö vaán khi ñoä suït cuûa beâ toâng khoâng
ñaït yeâu caàu (suït laàn ñaàu=14cm, laàn hai=15.5cm) vaø ñöôïc chôû treân xe troän mang bieån
soá ù 0312-33LD maø Tö vaán loaïi boûû vì lyù do treân.
 Problem: behaviors and attitude of Contractor’ staffs show that it is not co-operate with
Engineer to carried-out working at site.
 Vaán ñeà: haønh vi vaø thaùi ñoä cuûa nhaân vieân Nhaø thaàu cho thaáy söï baát hôïp taùc

vôùi Tö vaán trong tieán haønh coâng vieäc taïi hieän tröôøng.
 Action at site: Site Engineer of Contractor was required to work more efficiency and
dynamic, also tightly manage his staff.
 Vaán ñeà caàn thöïc hieän taïi coâng tröôøng: yeâu caàu kyõ sö hieän tröôøng cuûa Nhaø
thaàu laøm vieäc hieäu quaû hôn vaø naêng ñoäng hôn, ñoàng thôøi quaûn lyù chaët cheõ
nhaân vieân cuûa mình hôn.

 It should be arranging two Inspectors at site when concrete casting in nighttime: 1 at batching
plant and supervise all mixing truck, 1 at concreting site. Other way concreting work should
be arrange on daytime.
 Caàn phaûi boá trí hai giaùm saùt vieân hieän tröôøng khi ñuùc beâ toâng vaøo ban ñeâm: 1
taïi traïm troän vaø giaùm saùt toaøn boä caùc xe troän, 1taïi baõi ñuùc beâ toâng. Neáu
khoâng coâng taùc beâ toâng phaûi ñöôïc thöïc hieän vaøo ban ngaøy.
 Contractor should remind his staff must be truthful and responsible in his work If any staff
repeat above attitude and behavior again, he will be rejected by Engineer and out of working
site.
 Nhaø thaàu caàn phaûi nhaéc nhôû nhaân vieân cuûa mình raèng phaûi trung thöïc vaø coù
traùch nhieäm trong coâng vieäc. Neáu baát kyø ai coøn taùi dieãn thaùi ñoä vaø haønh vi
noùi treân, nhaân vieân ñoù seõ bò Tö vaán loaïi vaø cho ra khoûi coâng tröôøng.
 Contractor staffs should follow Engineer’s instruction at site.
 Nhaân vieân Nhaø thaàu caàn tuaân thr chæ daãn cuûa Tö vaán taïi coâng tröôøng.
 Taking concrete cylindrical specimens and slump will be considered by Eng.
 Vieäc laáy maãu beâ toâng vaø ño ñoä suït seõ ñöôïc Tö vaán xem xeùt.
