Pursuant to Clause7.1, we will instruct as follows:
Theo Khoaûn 1 – chuùng toâi höôùng daãn nhö sau:

1) On the captioned test, you missed the points at both ends of Temporary bridge and marking on the cover
plate. In order to survey the settlement profile along overall length of the bridge the both ends shall be
measured carefully as datum line.
2) While the diversion roads have been under preparation, you have left public people passing through
without watchmen at gates. In case any worker or public people injured before open, you should take any
responsibility. You should clear all obstacles such as stones and concrete blocks or rubbishes before
opening.
3) At the same time near diversion roads on site you were performing fire drill by some staff however half
of them did not wear the helmet. You should understand still in fire accident necessitating the helmets.
