Pursuant to Clause7.1, we will instruct as follows:
Theo Khoaûn 1 – chuùng toâi höôùng daãn nhö sau:

1) While you have performed the captioned work on the site without enclosure from Khanh Hoi Bridge
north end on Ben Chuong Duong Street to Ton Duc Thang Street, public people entered there freely and
the hire cars stopped around your steel tubular pile stock. We have instructed very often to enclose the
site and reside safety guard watch at the gates. You shall enclose the said site by fence and reside the
guard man on the gate as soon as possible.
