The learning environment is another important component aside from the curriculum in the teaching-learning
process. This activity exposes you to another learning experience, which enables you to make your learning environment
safe and conducive. As you immerse in the learning environment, you will learn the different methods and strategies to
maximize the involvement of learners in the different classroom activities.

The classroom routines and procedures that I observe to maam faith make sure the students are engaged and
accountable for creating a class environment that works smoothly and effectively, enhancing everyone's
learning opportunities.

2. What is the effect to the learners if the teacher creates a safe and conducive learning environment?
Providing a secure and comfortable learning environment can benefit students in a number of ways. An
environment like this promotes a more productive and interesting educational experience. Students are
more willing to participate actively in the learning process when they feel comfortable and supported.
They are more ready to take chances and are less worried about making mistakes, which can help them
comprehend and remember the information. In a secure and supportive setting, students can concentrate
on their cognitive development without getting distracted or stressed. Their capacity for problem-solving,
critical thinking, and general cognitive development may all benefit from this.

Clarify your expectations from the start by communicating your classroom's rules and regulations. Make
sure to enforce them consistently. This contributes to the environment's stability and safety. Develop a
positive relationship, establish a respectful and good relationship with your students. Demonstrate your
concern for their success and well-being. This promotes a feeling of confidence and safety. Classroom
arrangement, set up the space to encourage discussion and reduce distractions. Make sure that all of the
students can see, hear, and interact with you. Accept diversity in the classroom. Recognize and value your
students' diverse origins, cultures, and skill levels. Make an environment that is welcoming and inclusive.
