Tasks & responsibilities

Responsible for QS operation of projects as the owner representative (take off, BQ

preparation & Material sourcing, tender document preparation, cost estimation, progress
claim, evaluation V.O and claims.)
Ability to identify material from Drawing.
Procurement of material for project & assist in establishing of project budget.
Liaise with main-con, sub-con, consultant and other related party involved in the project.
Attend site meeting if necessary.
Willing to travel and possess own transport.

Qualifications & experience

At least 1 year of experience in pre-contract or tendering roles.

Minimum diploma in related field.
Good team player with positive mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
