3. Pipe bed compacted as per specification & approved Drgs
4. Size of Pipe, fittings as per approved Drawings
5. Check Supports installed as per approved drawings
6. Check all joint are secured and correctly installed
7. Lubricant for “No hub I Spigot” joints are not expired
8. Check Level, alignment, straightness & vertically of pipes
9. Check slope as per drawings/IPC 2006.

B) Water Tightness Test
1. Check Installation is approved
2. All joints are open and not covered during testing
3. Test medium (Water)
4. Water head/column 3 meters from highest elevation
5. Test Period 24 Hours
6. Pressure drop is not more than 76 mm of Water column
7. No leak found during testing from all joints, pipes & fittings
8. Barricade /safety Warning, sign board placed During test
9. Others
C) Post Testing Activities
1. Identification tags installed
2. Pipes backfilled after successful water tightening test
3. Others
