LEARNING STANDARD Main: 1.2.2 Understand with support specific information and details of simple
sentences

LEARNING OBJECTIVES At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to listen and write at least 5 body
parts correctly.

STARTER Pupils watch a video of a song. Pupils sing along and do gestures together. Pupils
answer the questions asked by the teacher. Pupils guess the title of the lesson.

LESSON DELIVERY Activity 1

1. Pupils refer to text book page 94.
2. Pupils listen to audio CD3 17.
3. Pupils say the body parts along with the audio.
Activity 2
4. Pupils will be divided into groups.
5. Pupils are introduced to the Crocodile Board Game.
6. Teacher explains the rules and regulations of the game.
7. One of the group members will click to roll the dice.
8. The other group members will choose the correct answer of the picture
shown and spell it together.
9. The game will be continued until it finishes.
Activity 3
7. Pupils are given worksheets according to their level.
8. Pupils listen to the audio again.
9. Pupils write the body parts with correct spelling.
10. Pupils discuss answers with the teacher and mark their own answers.
Closure
11. Teacher recaps today’s lesson with pupils and concludes the lesson of the
day.
12. Pupils will be given exit ticket slips for pupils’ feedback.
