Reason/s: Upon several attempts of reconciliation with the previous supplier, the work remains incomplete.
We decided to look for other contractors that will complete the full installation of the said parking lifts
however, no other contractors are willing to complete the works done by the previous contractor
because they cannot guarantee the materials and equipmen the latter had used.

Thus, we are seeking approval for the replacement of the existing parking lifts with intent to use
new materials and equipments as recommended by the specialty contractor. Cost implications of the
dismantling of existing equipment is included.
