Subject: Statement regarding the lowered rebar for the piles

Dear Sirs,

It’s to be recalled that we had a meeting with you firm and the consultant to discuss the
lowered rebar for three piles which placed on axis 1 (Zeway side) of the RHS Roadway.

Accordingly, we've been monitoring elevation readings for the last two weeks and have
confirmed that there is no settlement and that the piles are still in intact. The rebar sunk only
on piles where we used the full casing method due to de-anchoring of the rebar from the
starter casing when extracting the temporary casing.

In addition, please be informed that we are preparing the rectification method statement for
these piles and we will provide at the soonest.

Attached herewith 15 pages of surveying data for the last weeks for axis 1 RHS Roadway
piles.
