    1. Reference: Incident recorded in Patrol Section Incident Logbook with Entry


    No. 2023-402, dated November 5, 2023.

    2. Progress Update:
    - The carjacking incident on November 5, 2023, at Yubenco Parking Lot, Putik,
    Zamboanga City, involving a black Honda Civic with plate number UNA 532 and
    driven by the victim, Albert Digol, has been under investigation.
    - The victim is identified as a 20-year-old student residing in Boalan,
    Zamboanga City.
    - A possible suspect has been identified as Wilmar Castillo. Further
    investigations are underway to verify and gather more information about the
    suspect.
    - Additional information: There are CCTV cameras in the vicinity that may aid
    the investigation.
