SUBJECT: Initial Investigation Report, re-Robbery

I. AUTHORITY:

1.Standard Operating Procedure of this Police Unit, with the reference to incident
recorded in patrol Section Incident Logbook, Entry No. 0434000-21212, date August 10,
2022

II. DETAIL:

2. Upon the receipt of the report the Chief Patrol Section herein investigator was
dispatched by the duty desk officer together with PCpl Cardo E. Dalisay to conduct an ocular
investigation on the alleged robbery held in the house of Ms. Carmella D. Masala.

3.Upon arrival at the scene the assigned investigator of the case observed pieces
of broken glasses coming from the window of the living room and notice the open cabinets and
other things that belong to the D. Masala residence.

4. Upon the surveillance of the crime scene, the investigator found out a broken
cctv footage belong to the neighborhood.

III. RECOMMENDATION:

5. It is respectfully recommended the assistance of Police Information

Technology experts to recover the cctv footage that may be useful to solve the case.
