ÖZET
SUMMARY
There arc a lot o f different levels o f risk for developing BP( bisphosphonate)-induced osteonecrosis o f j a w s (ONJ). Nitrogen-
containing BPs have high risks i f administered via intravenous. Appropriate anitibiotic therapy is not enough and the
symptoms and management make a difference among administration, and containing o f nitrogen. Potential risk factors
include steroid use. Preventive measures must be taken in development o f osteonecrosis, w h i c h can be very difficult to
manage. The ONJ management include ozon therapy, low level laser treatment and hyperbaric oxygen w h i c h must be
combined w i t h appropriate antibiotic regime.
