In this study, the researchers utilized a 4-point Likert Scale to assess the level of

awareness of PUP Grade 12 SHS student toward Office Administration Program. The
Likert scale measures the respondent’s awareness and knowledge on various aspects
related to Office Administration Program.

The Likert Scale was structured as show in Table 1
