Job Description:
Recruitment Support: Assisting in coordinating
recruitment activities, such as sourcing and screening
candidates for various positions within the hotel and
restaurant, including chefs, front-of-house staff, and
administrative roles.
Administrative Tasks: Managing HR-related paperwork,
employee records, and databases specific to the
hospitality industry, ensuring compliance with industry
standards.
Onboarding Assistance: Facilitating the onboarding
process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into
the company, and conducting initial training sessions for
standard procedures.
Collaboration: Working closely with department heads
and managers to understand staffing needs, fostering a
cohesive and well-staffed hospitality environment.
Employee Support: Addressing staff inquiries related to
HR policies, benefits, and providing guidance on
company-specific practices within a hotel and restaurant
setting.
