lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform
the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent us and transact business with the Registry of Deeds Tarlac,

Land Registration Authority, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Assessor’s
Office, and other government offices or agencies in connection with the
registration and titling of a parcel of land located at Barangay San Juan,
Ramos, Tarlac and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-
2019004720/Certificate of Land Ownership Award No. 2016007502, of the
Registry of Deeds for the Province of Tarlac;

2. To sign, execute, submit all the pertinent documents relative thereto;

3. To do such any other act or thing that may be deemed necessary or

incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this
authority is hereby given

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto pur said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents
and purposes, as we might or could do if personally present and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue thereof.
