With regards to our subject National Service Training Program (NSTP), We are the first year students from the Criminology Department of Florencio Liquigan Vargas College (FLVC). This letter is intended for the community that we would like to conduct in our humbly Barangay as part of the said program. We want to ask for the permission of the Barangay Council for us to be able to successfully conduct our project proposal in our barangay. We would like to improve the barangay in terms of livelihood and maintaining order. One of the problems encountered is access to environmental awareness. We will make our project proposal such as Gardening today at Dassun National High School if you allow us. We will help the residents of our community with our very best. Rest assured that we will follow the health protocols for the safety of all participants. I hope that my comprehensive project proposal will have a huge impact on the people in our Barangay. We looking forward to your positive response. Thank you for your kindness, God Bless!
