RE: Negligence on Clocking In and Out

I am writing this letter to inform your good office about my negligence for not being able to clock in last
Wednesday afternoon.

During that time I was so preoccupied and jampacked with many tasks to accomplish. You see, I was left-
and-right entertaining concerns raised by some Student Advisers regarding their buddies’ complaints
which I have to assist them myself. In the spontaneous manner, I also have to collate all the reports that
I have to submit on that day. While rushing myself out, I did not realize that the time has gone by 12PM,
unknowingly I did not clock-in.

I understand that it is our responsibility to abide of the regulations mandated by the company or by any
mean it is violated, there is a corresponding sanction as per discussed in the N-point system. With my
full awareness and conscience, I would like to apologize for what I have missed and should not take
advantage on the one-time chance given by the company, that is, to provide an acceptable letter of
excuse only once a quarter basis. Pleases accept this letter since I am aiming for the incentive this
month.
