Our Guest speaker has served in the government for more than 20 years in various
capacities. His fair share of private sector experience plus his government service have
been instrumental in building strong collaborations in his advocacies, strengthening
communications, and advancing efficiency and efficacy in administrative processes in
the offices he has managed. As an accomplished student, his leadership skills have
been prominent and his way with people has earned him respect and loyalty of his
team.

He has served as assistant and deputy Commissioner of Bureau of Customs, Executive

Vice President and General Manager of Food Terminal Incorporated.

In his private capacity, he has served as Business Mirror and Business World and
presently writes in the Philippine Star.He is also the Chairman and CEO of Orion Pacific
Prime Energy Incorporated.

Graduated as Magna Cum Laude in Bachelor of Arts in UP Diliman, his pursuit of

greater understanding led him earning degrees from the following institutions:

 Asian Institute of Management (2022)

 UP College of Law, UP Diliman (2013 — 2015)
And Philippine Military Academy (1983 — 1985)

Due to his unwaivering dedication and selfless service, he was presented by his alma
mater with the Presidential Scholarship Awardee and Most Outstanding Graduate, UP
College of Social Sciences of UP Diliman. He was also inducted as an International
Honors Awardee, Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
