SGRE proposes to carry out one joint inspection between SGRE and
Tractebel/Red Sea Power Limited, SAS in the first WTG selected by SGRE at
Goubet Windfarm; this WTG might serve as Wind turbine reference for the rest of
the Windfarm.

Quality inspection "Final MCC" milestone is considered a "Hold" point as standard: its completion
needs to be approved prior to start pre-commissioning or commissioning

Owner's Engineer notifies SGRE that, as a standard baseline to be considered,

all WTGs will be inspected by Owner's Engineer and/or Customer. In the event
that Owner's Engineer or Customer decided not to perform the "Final MCC"
inspection of one or more wind turbines, they shall notify SGRE about the
acceptance of this milestone completion.

Commissioning Tests
"Final Commissioning" milestone is considered a "Hold" point as standard. Its
completion needs to be approved to proceed with take over certificate signature.

Control Plan Quality inspections will be performed after successful completion of both
commissioning activities and 72 hours´ reliability tests.

Owner's Engineer notifies SGRE that, as a standard baseline to be considered,
all WTGs will be inspected by Owner's Engineer and/or Customer. In the event
