    Covered area =3450sq.ft. approx.
    Approximate cost = Rs.7935000/-
    Rate: Rs.2300/sq.ft.

    This rate covers the following scope of work:

     Excavation:
    Excavation of foundations and backfilling with
    compaction as per drawings.
     Foundation:
    Strip foundation, steel reinforcement and concrete
    ratio as per drawings.
     Structure:
    As per drawings, B.B work with 1:6 cm,
    R.C.C columns and tie beams with 1:2:4 in structure.
     Roofs:
    R.C.C slabs reinforcement and concrete ratio as per
    drawings.

     Plasters:
    Inside with 1:6 cm and outside with 1:5 cm.

     Electrification:
    Concealed Turk plast conduits or equivalent.

    • Master or equivalent PPR pipes & fittings inside
    washrooms.
    • Master or equivalent Upvc pipes & fittings inside
    washrooms.

     Door frames (Choakats):


    GI steel door frames (choakats).

     Floors:
    Well compacted earth with 3”PCC 1:4:8, 2” PCC 1:2:4
    And termite treatment.

     Building materials:
    A-quality 40 grade steel.
    Fouji cement or equivalent.
    Peshawar A class brick.

     RCC parapet wall over roof top:


    Rate: Rs.950/sq.ft.
    RCC parapet wall reinforcement and concrete
    ratio as per drawings with two sides plaster.

     9”brick wall:
    Rate: Rs.400/sq.ft.
    As per drawings with DPC and two sides plaster.

     4 ½”brick wall:
    Rate: Rs.360/sq.ft.
    As per drawings with DPC and two sides plaster.
     Concrete in open areas:
    Rate: Rs.160/sqft.
    Well compected earth, 3” thick PCC 1:4:8
    and 2” thick PCC 1:2:4.

     Overhead tank, underground tank and septic tank:


    Rate: Rs.165/gallon.
    Steel reinforcement and concrete ratio as per drawings.
