    1. Purpose
    The purpose of this document is to guide the Repair Centre on warranty judgement
    during repair process.

    2. Accessories warranty check:

    Any case listed hereafter should be considered as out of warranty

    1) Any use of the accessory out of the range of temperature, as specified in the user
    manual. Any evidence of plastic/casing melted.

    2) Any introduction of food or liquid in the accessory.

    3) Any evidence of damage of the accessory.

    4) Any evidence of disassembly tentative o the accessory by a non authorized service


    partner

    5) Product not supplied by Alcatel/TCL

    6) Accessory for which date of manufacture is above warranty period.
