d Check framing height measured from FFL

2 After installation of ceiling


a Check ceiling height from FFL
b Ceiling to be level and even
c Provide fan hooks where indicated
d No stain marks / damaged ceiling
e Access opening to be provided, if any

3 Skim Coat / Plaster to slab soffit


a All redundant formwork removed
b No surface cracks
c Surfaces even and flat
