We are grade eleven (11) Business students at the above name school, who will be writing the
Caribbean Secondary Examination Certificate (CSEC) in May/June 2024. We are humbly
seeking your permission to conduct our Office administration School Based Assessment (SBA)
project research based on the topic required by CSEC “Procurement and Inventory management,
Operations, Dispatch and Transport Services”, at The Hardware Depot and how it impacts the
efficiency of the work force.
In order to obtain the required information carry out this project, CSEC request from us to
conduct interview with staff members in the relevant the department and also a tour to observe
the operations, functions and equipment used in the departments mentioned. This research
project will not exploit your organization’s privacy, information gathered would be used strictly
for our research project and recommendation purposes
