With my robust academic background in Bachelor of Agricultural Economics, coupled with seven
years of professional experience in a Logistics management firm as a manager in charge of Human
Resource Management, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to enhance my managerial skills and

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Michael Okpara University of

Agriculture Umudike, Abia State, Nigeria, where I excelled in courses such as economics,
management, account Management, agriculture, etc. My academic journey has equipped me with a
strong foundation in human management, and also in key economics, providing me with the
analytical and critical thinking skills essential for success in a managerial role.

Also, over the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of working in Platinum Pacific International
Services Limited, where I have been exposed to diverse challenges and responsibilities. My
responsibilities are planning, coordinating, and supervising the employment of new employees,
compensation and employee benefits, training and development of employees, creating a favorable
and conducive environment for employees, talent management among the employees, etc., have
allowed me to develop strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. These
experiences have reinforced my desire to pursue a Master's in Management, where I aim to build
upon my practical knowledge and take on more significant managerial responsibilities.

I am particularly drawn to Bangor University for its outstanding reputation in providing a

comprehensive and well-rounded Master's in Management program. The curriculum focuses on
developing participants’ academic and managerial skills in areas such as organizational behaviours,
marketing strategy, e-business, and new venture creation. An important objective is to provide
