Tittle: Meeting on distributions of AYUDA during COVID-19 Pandemic and

Dissemination on how to follow the Guidelines and Protocols on how to fight the
COVID-19 Pandemic problem
Date: March 17,2020
Venue: Barangay Labaan, Bucloc Covered Court

Highlights:
1. Dr. Cham Bacuso, the OIC Municipal Health Officer discuss about the
COVID-19 Pandemic and on how to follow the Guidelines and Protocols on
Physical Distancing, Hand Washing and Wearing Masks to prevent the fasts
spread of the said pandemic, He also discuss that if ever there will be a
positive person in this barangay, be cooperated and coordinated to RHU
Bucloc and the tasks force of the Barangay.
2. Mrs. Lorena L. Ramos discuss about to whom did the AYUDAs come from
the different agencies of the Government Specially the LGU Family headed by
Hon. Mayor Gybel B. Cardenas the Municipal Mayor.
3. The Barangay Officials, Bucloc MPS and the LGU Family helped and joining
force to give the AYUDAs to the affected Four Barangays on COVID-19
Pandemic.
