Report Contents:

The contents of the reports should be as follows:

c) Stakeholder Analysis

d) Emergency Response Team

e) Communication Plan

f) Evacuation and Sheltering

g) Resource Management

h) Training and Drills

i) Legal and Ethical Considerations

j) Post-Emergency Recovery

k) Conclusion

Report Format:

1) Article submitted must be according to a proper format containing Table of Contents,

Introduction, Main Contents, Figures, Tables (if any), Conclusions, Appendix/Attachment (if

any) and References.

2) Assignment must also include proper heading and sub-heading, appropriate

paragraphing, page numbering, APA type references, etc.

TASK 2: VIDEO PRESENTATION

Present the output from TASK 1 in a video presentation and submit your presentation video

through the OUM assignment submission system.

Video Presentation Format:

 Submit the video presentation format mp4, MPEG-4, avi, MOV, Mkv, or flv into the

OUM assignment submission system.

 You as the presenter must be visible in the video presentation.

 The video presentation duration must be WITHIN 5 MINUTES.
