Meaning of guava

Red guava is a variant of guava that has green to yellowish flesh and
contains pink. This guava is different from the Sunday market guava,
this guava is slightly oval in shape and tastes less sweet, but this guava
has good properties because it contains tannins, quercetin, quercetin
glycosides, flavonoids, essential oils, ursolic acid, psidiolic acid,
kratogolic acid, oleanolic acid. , guajaverin acid and more vitamins.
The advantages of this red brittle guava do not know the season, and
always bear fruit at any time and and mostly propagated by grafting.
This guava has been widely cultivated in the Kendal area, originally
from Pageruyung Kendal.

Benefits of guava

Guava fruit contains lots of vitamins and fiber so it is suitable for

consumption to maintain health. The red color of the guava flesh
indicates that the guava is rich in vitamin A for eye health and
antioxidants. Guava fruit is suitable for consumption during the day
because the fruit is fresh and cools the body.

One of the nutritional content found in guava that is beneficial for the
body is ascorbic acid or vitamin C. In guava there are 126 milligrams
of vitamin C, more than 90 milligrams of ascorbic acid is needed for
people every day or for women about 75 milligrams. According to the
Linus Pauling Institute, Vitamin C helps maintain parts of every tissue
in your body. Vitamin C itself plays a role in growing collagen.
Proteins that support the body's cells and tissues remain intact and
without vitamin C the body can experience ruptured blood vessels.
